    We are proud to announce the release of our Ecotechnik Big Turbokit for the 08-09 Cobalt SS/TC. After months of developing and testing the kit, it is now finalized and ready for pre-orders. The heart of the kit is a Garrett Ball Bearing series GT2871r. We choose this turbo for its quick response, recovery time, and great top end when matched with a proper exhaust manifold. Next we gave the very difficult task of creating a tubular manifold in such tight constraints to our master fabricators. After weeks of work we were able to design a high flowing tubular manifold with a true 4-1 merge collector. Matched with a 3 inch stainless steel downpipe, 2.5 inch tig welded aluminum charge piping and a massive 600hp intercooler we instantly had the recipe for big power. We did this all on a bone stock exhaust system to give you a true comparison of our kit vs. the stock setup. Stock numbers were 240whp 260wtq, Ecotechnik numbers 371whp 383wtq.

    After much anticipation we are proud to release the Synapseturbo S2000 turbo kit. This is hands down the best and most efficient turbo kit on the market. On only 10 psi of boost on a gt30r we were able to make 438whp with a massive powerband on a completely stock engine.   • 02/11/10 Hot Rod Civic - We have just completed fabrication on one of the badest Honda Civics in the World! Ryan Smith from CT. came to us to finish fabrication on his B series powered Civic Drag Car. After hundreds of hours of work, the car is ready for the body shop, plumbing, and wiring. We can't wait until June when the car debuts on the track and starts breaking records!

  • 06/07/10 Mosport Round 4-5 WC 2010 - Round 4-5 of the 2010 World Challenge Season proved to be eventful. The Synapse Racing Team brought 2 cars across the boarder to tackle the high speed course of Mosport International. Both rookie drivers, Brett Sandberg of Paramus NJ. and Shea Holbrook of Orlando, FL. had never driven Mosport and quickly found out how challenging it was.
