The manifold features a 4-1 narrow angle merge collector, smooth flowing tubular runners made from 304l stainless steel. This is a great upgrade for those maximizing power on the stock turbo or if your looking for a drop in turbo upgrade. During testing our manifold out performed the stock unit from 3500rpms all the way to redline with a huge power and torque increase.

We are proud to announce the release of our Ecotechnik Big Turbokit for the 08-09 Cobalt SS/TC. After months of developing and testing the kit, it is now finalized and ready for pre-orders. The heart of the kit is a Garrett Ball Bearing series GT2871r. We choose this turbo for its quick response, recovery time, and great top end when matched with a proper exhaust manifold. Next we gave the very difficult task of creating a tubular manifold in such tight constraints to our master fabricators. After weeks of work we were able to design a high flowing tubular manifold with a true 4-1 merge collector. Matched with a 3 inch stainless steel downpipe, 2.5 inch tig welded aluminum charge piping and a massive 600hp intercooler we instantly had the recipe for big power. We did this all on a bone stock exhaust system to give you a true comparison of our kit vs. the stock setup. Stock numbers were 240whp 260wtq, Ecotechnik numbers 371whp 383wtq.

The SynapseTurbo Genesis Intercooler Kit is the only intercooler you will ever have to buy. First we use the best intercooler cores available, a Garrett core measuring 24x8x3.5, the same core we have made over 600whp with! Next we designed a pair of endtanks not only esthetically pleasing, but which perform even better than they look. The endtanks are swept from top to bottom to utilize the efficiently of the entire core, and they are tapered from side to side, one for efficiency and two for fitment. Even though we have chosen a potent core, the kit utilizes the factory crash beam and doesn’t require any trimming of the front bumper or plastics! You just purchased a new car, why cut it apart? The kit also includes your choice of polished or powder coated 2.5” aluminum hand TIG welded charge piping and high quality silicone couplers. All pieces are carefully crafted by hand in our U.S. facility, no cheap overseas parts here!

After much anticipation we are proud to release the Synapseturbo S2000 turbo kit. This is hands down the best and most efficient turbo kit on the market. The fit, finish, quality is everything you would expect from Synapseturbo and more. We have designed this kit to compliment the huge flow the S2000 engine is capable of without sacrificing drivability and the response. On only 10 psi of boost on a gt30r we were able to make 438whp with a massive powerband on a completely stock engine. The kit requires the battery to be relocated in the trunk and suggest wrapping any nearby ac and coolant lines.
